Where I Started

This is what actually happened.

Not one dramatic event. A long list of ordinary ones, every single one teaching me the same thing about myself.

What happened

The life that wrote the beliefs

  • Beaten for my mistakes, as a small kid
  • Loved one day, shouted at or hit the next
  • Watched my brothers get theirs too
  • Bullied through primary school in Turkey
  • Came to Australia in 2011 with no English, so I stayed quiet
  • Became a people pleaser, so I’d be appreciated and loved
  • My parents divorced, and I hated my mother for it
  • Told to go to university, against everything I wanted
  • Carried deep shame about my sexuality and my masculinity
  • First relationship lasted seven days — needy, no boundaries, no leadership
  • Ended it with a girlfriend because I was certain I was a bad person
  • Let go of every good woman who came near me
  • Got attached to every unavailable one
  • Turned down modelling work because I couldn’t stand being looked at
  • Addicted to weed for seven years, and took everything else to feel something
  • Put off starting YouTube for a year, afraid of being judged and failing
  • Then four years of trying desperately on it, and failing anyway
So this is who I became

The person it all made me

  • People pleaserKeeping the peace, in my own house first.
  • NeedyChecking constantly that I hadn’t lost someone.
  • Validation seekerWaiting for somebody else to say I was allowed.
  • InsecureCertain everyone could see it on me.
  • DepressedQuietly, for years, while everyone thought I was fine.
  • Addicted to weed, porn, games and scrollingNobody ever taught me how to feel something, so I ran.
  • The quiet one who never put his hand upGrade five to grade twelve. Not once.
  • The one who never asked, never posted, never sent itA year of overthinking before I’d start anything.
  • Someone who stopped taking care of himselfWhy look after something you believe is worthless?
By any reasonable measure I shouldn’t have made it out of that. I did. Now I help other people out of theirs, get paid for it, live between Bali and Sydney, and get to be entirely myself in front of anyone. Not one thing on that list changed. What I believed about it did.
If you read that and recognised your own version of it,
you’re in the right place.

The Diagnosis

It’s all identity.

Nothing was ever wrong with me. I was working on the wrong layer. Here is how the person I became actually got built.

Beliefs define your identity. Which is why you can work on your habits, your goals and your discipline for years and change nothing — none of it reaches the layer actually running you. You were never undisciplined. You were loyal to a decision you made before you could spell.

How We Work

Four steps. That’s the whole thing.

The work itself happens with your eyes closed and headphones in. The theory sits alongside it, so you understand what’s moving while it moves.

01

Identify your limiting beliefs

Not the surface complaint — the belief underneath it. Most people have never once named theirs out loud. You can’t remove what you haven’t seen.

02

Remove and replace with NLP meditation

A guided track takes you below the thinking mind, brings the old belief up, and reframes it at the root. Removal without replacement leaves a hole — so a new belief goes in where the old one was.

03

Repeat for every belief

They don’t all surface at once. One clears and the next one shows itself. Same process, one at a time, until the stack is gone.

04

Install the new beliefs

Then you build deliberately. The beliefs of the person you’re becoming, written in the same way the old ones were — through repetition, in a state where the subconscious is actually listening.

Alongside the tracks: the reading. How a belief forms, how the subconscious takes instruction, how to catch a pattern in the moment it runs. You don’t need any of it to get a result — it’s what makes the result make sense.

Why This Works When Nothing Else Did

Everyone talks about the subconscious.
Almost nobody hands you a tool.

The difference

You’ve heard it a hundred times — it’s all subconscious, work on your beliefs, change your identity. True. And it always ends there, as an idea you’re expected to think your way into.

You can’t. The belief went in underneath thinking, in a state you never chose — so reading about it, journaling about it, deciding differently on a Monday, none of it gets down there. It has to be met on the level it was written on.

That’s what NLP is: a repeatable process for getting into the same deep, open state the belief was written in, bringing it up, reframing it at the root, and putting a new one where it was. The same channel a five-year-old absorbs something through in one afternoon — it stays open your whole life. Almost nobody uses it on purpose.

Which is what the tracks are. Press play, close your eyes, and the work happens — at home, at 6am, without me in the room. Not advice about your subconscious. The actual thing.

What Happens Then

The result takes care of itself.

You don’t force any of this, and that’s how you know it’s real. Once the belief is gone, the whole life it was holding in place goes with it.

  • You stop reliving the same patterns.
  • You stop thinking the old way.
  • You stop feeling the old emotions.
And this is what’s underneath it
  • You speak to anyone, as yourself, without running it through your head first.
  • You start the thing you’ve been researching for two years.
  • You stop waiting for someone to tell you you’re allowed.
  • You look after yourself, because you finally think you’re worth it.
New identity New beliefs New personality New personal reality
Your personality dictates your personal reality
None of that is a personality you have to build.
It’s what was always there, under the thing in the way.

Before You Join

The questions I get asked most.

Is this for men only?+

No. Women are more than welcome, and do the same work.

My story is a man’s story because it’s mine, and a lot of what I talk about publicly is aimed at men. But a belief written into a five-year-old doesn’t care what gender that child was. The mechanism is identical.

What actually is NLP? Is it hypnosis?+

It’s a set of techniques for working with the subconscious directly — bringing a belief up, changing how it’s held, and putting a new one in its place.

The tracks use the same kind of relaxed, focused state you’d get in deep meditation. You stay awake, aware, and in control the whole time. Nobody takes anything over. You can stop any track whenever you want.

Are there any safety warnings?+

Yes, and they matter. Don’t listen to any of the tracks if you have epilepsy. If you have another health condition, or you’re unsure, check with your doctor before you start.

Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your attention. These take you into a deep, relaxed state — you need to be somewhere you can safely close your eyes. Full safety notes are at the bottom of this page.

I can’t meditate. My mind never stops.+

Good — that’s most people, and it’s not a problem here.

These aren’t silent meditations where you’re left alone with your thoughts. You’re following a voice the whole way through. A busy mind has something to do. If you can lie down and listen, that’s the entire skill requirement.

How long before I notice anything?+

Some people feel something shift in the first session. For most it’s a few weeks before they catch themselves reacting differently to something that always used to get them.

It rarely arrives as a lightning bolt. It’s usually noticing after the fact that a thing you’d have avoided, you just did. It took me months, not years — but I was starting from fifteen years of it.

How much time does this take?+

A track a day, typically 15 to 30 minutes, usually at night before you sleep. That’s the work.

Everything else — the reading, the calls, the community — is there when you want it and waiting when you don’t.

What if I don’t know what my limiting beliefs are?+

Almost nobody does at the start. That’s step one, and there’s a process for it.

You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis. You need to know something isn’t right — the rest surfaces once you start looking, usually faster than people expect.

Is this therapy?+

No, and I won’t pretend otherwise. I’m not a therapist or a doctor, and this isn’t treatment for a diagnosed condition.

If you’re in crisis, or dealing with something serious, please get proper support for that alongside — or instead of — this. Plenty of people do both. This work sits beside professional help. It doesn’t replace it.

Do I have to make the live calls?+

No. They’re Sundays, 5PM Bali time, and they’re recorded — so if you’re in another timezone you can watch back and send questions ahead.

Plenty of members never make one live. The tracks are the work; the calls are the support around it.

Which one should I start with?+

Self-Guided, unless you already know you want me involved. The core tracks are in there and you can start tonight.

You can move up or cancel any time, from inside the app. Nothing is locked, and you never have to ask me for permission to leave.

Why I Built This

I ran the old version
for fifteen years.

One belief ran all of it: I’m not good enough.
It touched every part of my life, in order.

01Where it went in

I was five, too loud, and it cost me.

Turkish household. Getting your ass whooped was completely normal. My father told me to be quiet more than once — and beat me for it. I watched my brothers get theirs too, sometimes for nothing at all.

A five-year-old can only reach one conclusion: if I was good enough, this wouldn’t be happening. That went in early, and it ran the next fifteen years.

02School — the pattern shows up

The anxious kid who never raised his hand.

Australia, 2011. Grade five, I had a crush on a girl and was too afraid to say a word. She went for someone else.

By grade eight a beautiful girl liked me — and I rejected her, because I was certain it was a joke. No way she meant it. She went for another man too.

Fuck. That hurt.

03The surrender

I stopped taking care of myself completely.

Grade ten I started looking more manly and got more interest — same results. Fear. Anxiety. No way she’s into me. There was a girl I never asked out until she literally told me to. Seven days later she ended it.

People knew me as the guy with the shortest relationship. Then grade twelve, my first real one — and I’d built up so much worthlessness that we didn’t touch each other for seven months, both of us virgins. Then I ended it, certain she could do better.

Why would you look after something you think is worthless?

High school — stopped looking after myself entirely
04The years I lost

Weed, porn, games, scrolling. Every single day.

Not because I liked it. Because nobody had ever shown me how to process a feeling, so I ran from every one of them instead.

I lived like that for years. The whole time telling myself I was lazy, or broken, or just born without whatever everyone else had.

05The proof it wasn’t just women

Four years. 700 subscribers. Zero dollars.

I wanted to build a life on my own terms. But I’d been taught get a real job, be more like your cousin, online income won’t work for you.

It took a year of overthinking just to start. What if it goes wrong. Who would watch me anyway. Same thoughts, same fear, same behaviours — and the old version simply couldn’t produce a different result.

062021 — I found NLP

New beliefs. New emotions. New results.

I worked with an NLP coach and went through the exact process I run now. It changed my life. For the first time I felt properly alive — able to be myself without hiding any of it.

Because I started thinking a new way and believing new things, I got new results. Comfortable in a room. Comfortable in my own skin. The shame I’d carried since I was a kid just wasn’t running the show anymore.

07Now

I burned it down and rebuilt from the inside.

In 2025 I shut the old business and went back to the only thing that had ever actually worked — NLP and deep guided meditation, daily. New channel in January 2026. First sale within four months, after wanting one for five years.

7,000 followers in six months. Speaking to anyone. Lean, healthy, running clean. Building from Bali.

I’m not going to tell you I’ve arrived — I’m still building. But that kid isn’t calling out anymore, and I know exactly what got him out.

Fifteen years is a long time to lose to something that took months to fix.
You shouldn’t have to stumble onto this by accident like I did.
